• before application, use a detoxifying cleansing treatment to open the hair cuticle and optimize color hold,
• in a non-metallic bowl, mix the powder with water at 60°C (140°F) until you get a smooth, supple paste,
• let the paste cool for 1 to 2 minutes before applying,
• apply to damp hair (towel-dried), from roots to ends,
• apply a protective cream or vegetable oil along the hairline and ears,
• wrap the hair in a protective film and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the intensity desired,
• rinse thoroughly with plain water until the water runs clear,
• avoid shampooing for 48 hours after coloring to allow the shade to set durably.
